Permission for non-admins to view and/or edit budget

It would be helpful if admins had the ability to grant non-admin timekeepers permission to either view only or view and edit the budget. When they get the warning that they're over budget, they could look at the budget themselves and determine how the budget should be adjusted.

    Thank you for your suggestion. This feature is now available. You can grant view only permission to a timekeeper for matter budgets using the new budget dropdown.
