Admin should be able to edit time entries on "Approve" screen.

When approving time entries it would be very helpful to be given the edit option from the approve screen. This is useful to edit simple things like spelling, spacing, etc that don't warrant an entry rejection. Needing to toggle back and forth to edit these simple things adds unnecessary time to entry approval.
