New Credit Type for Payments

Ability to add Credit Types for Payments Clients who often trade services could create a credit type to track these types of transactions specifically.

Add payment link to retainer invoices just like happens on regular invoices

allowing the customer to receive engagement letter and invoice in a single email, and have the payment go to my trust account.

Change 'Switch to Fixed Amount' Setting to stand alone

We are trying to remove the ability to change time entries to a fixed amount. This is because employees are changing to a fixed amount and skewing reports - hours and fees are not aligned.

Send Invoice with negative balance

Clients with a credit may still have No Charge work done the firm wants to show which is not included in a statement. Would be helpful to be able to send an Invoice in these cases.

Abbreviations in payment notes

It would be very helpful if abbreviations could be used in the notes when entering payments, disbursements etc. It will save typing and ensure accuracy as well
