Keep the date entered on a new milestone invoice so you don't have to change the draft

When I enter a new milestone invoice and I complete the date on the popup, it changes the date on the draft invoice to the current date. I have to revise the date on every flat fee draft

Allow Inactive matters and non-billable entries to be excluded from the Rate Changes tab.

Old non-billable entries do not need to have their rates updated. it's currently not possible to exclude these without using the Date Range filter as a workaround.

Remove the AI agent popup

The AI "how can I help you" pop-up is distracting and annoying. I know how to use the help button if I need help. The pop-up just takes up space and attention. Please remove it! Or at least give the option of turning it off as a default.
