Unallocated funds warning

When you enter a payment, it would be great if the system alerted you (not just a line item) that there are unallocated costs. A warning pop up of some sorts.

Make Billable Milestones for fixed fee invoices create automatically on schedule

Fixed fee invoices must have each milestone created individually. When doing fixed monthly fees this means manually creating a billable milstone for each month. Should be able to set schedule and repeating.

Exclude No Charge from time summary average for "Rate"

Send Invoice with negative balance

Clients with a credit may still have No Charge work done the firm wants to show which is not included in a statement. Would be helpful to be able to send an Invoice in these cases.

Visibly distinguish entries that are saved with no time entered or no description

Entries that have no time (0.00) entered and/or no billing description should appear in a different color (like red) to easily distinguish that said entry is incomplete.
