Enhance your software that controls your reporting features/capabilities. Report generation is clunky and very limited as far as sort options. The presentation of the reports makes them challenging to read.

More sorting options would allow me to customize reports, for instance, chronologically (so we see EVERYTHING in order by date instead of just by client, then in date order). The look of the report makes it more challenging to read. If the reports displayed like the draft billing, they are much easier to review.

How often would you use this request?

Weekly at the minimum. The reporting capabilities compared to past billing system are very primitive. Definitely a disappointment for a new user.

    The ability to sort reports for only the data needed, for example only the totals, would be extremely helpful. There is to much data from the reports when exporting it to Excel and takes to much time to eliminate the unneeded data.
