Need an "Incomplete Entries" report to quickly identify those with missing time amounts and/or descriptions

Would save me and the attorney a great deal of time if I could quickly generate a report of incomplete time entries so he can see what needs to be edited. Currently, I mark up the draft invoices, or seek them out on the time entry screen by visual search. This would also streamline the billing process, since we could quickly see which invoices need no modification (other than possibly a discount).
