add text editing functions in the invoice narrative fields

invoice narratives don't allow you to bold or italicize the text

Allow client invoices with a balance due, but no new time or expenses, to be added to draft invoices and then sent out with monthly invoices until paid. Thank you

Make it easier to send repeat bills for matters that are not being worked on currently but still have a balance due

Send Invoice with negative balance

Clients with a credit may still have No Charge work done the firm wants to show which is not included in a statement. Would be helpful to be able to send an Invoice in these cases.
