Moving multiple matters from one client to another

We have a large client that often moves their matters from one business unit to another. We have each business unit opened up as separate clients.

How often would you use this request?

Probably once a month. It takes me a long time to open the new matters, and disable the old matters. It would also help when the clients ask for a summary of their expenses per matter.
