Option to lock a Client Project by end date

We have several yearly contracts that have fixed end dates. I would like to be able to select the end date such that it will prevent my folks from accidentially entering time (yes this has happened) into the TimeSolv. We do have a restriction on how many weeks forward they can go but when we get close to the end, that window extends into the next month of the new contract. Right now is has an "estimated end date". I would like to see a check box added that gives the adminstrator the option to make this a hard date.
