unnecessarily loud music at start of help videos

The music is annoying and a pointless waste of time. It's much louder than the speaker. I have to turn down the volume of the music and then turn up the volume to hear the speaker. This is a small office and the noise is too much

Aged Balance on Statement not showing correct balances.

The AR Aging that prints on the bills can be wrong if there are unapplied payments. This needs to be corrected as it causes a lot of confusion. Our clients are evidently finding the statements confusing as many send incorrect payments.

A way to organize and categorize time entries the way that we wnat.

Sometimes when entering time, we have multiple entries on one day from the same person, or amongst a group of individuals and there is no way to categorize the entries so that when clients read the invoices, they can understand how the times work.

Time Entry Screen
