The Time Entries Report contains information that is not desired or helpful to our federal client, which requires we submit weekly and monthly timesheets with mandatory management reports addressing time for each billing attorney assigned to that client's work. Samples of what we want to achieve are attached. We provide a sample highlighted to show the information we want removed, with notes provided on the face of the document; and a sample of what the final report will look like once the changes are made (in Excel and in .pdf).
How often would you use this request?
Constantly. Every week, every month, for Quarterly Reports required by the Client, and several times during the year at review, on-boarding, off-boarding, and other events. We want to be able to tell admin staff to select the customized report, run the report for management, and then not have to make "tweaks" that are now required.
