Attorneys who have others enter time for them regularly review a Time Entries report to identify errors, including whether the person entering the time accidentally missed an entry for a day. Being able to create a Time Entries report that is sorted by date would help the attorney identify missed entries, especially if the report created a subtotal for each day. I am aware that a .csv report can be downloaded and sorted, but that report contains too much information. Too much work is required to get something easily readable out of the .csv file. Creating a Missing Time report does not necessarily help because that report only shows when someone has entered less than X hours in a day. If someone worked greater than X hours even with a missed entry, then the Missing Time report would not indicate that an entry was missed.
