Search by client ID/matter ID or easier access to matter ID

It would be nice to be able to search by client number-matter number. Currently we can only search by client name or client number and then have to click on the matters tab and open the list of matters to see all the numbers. We would like to be able to search for client number-matter number, in that format if possible, or at the very least, if we could have a column for the client ID/Matter ID on the client & matters list.

    I often have documents with the matter number but not necessarily what the matter is named in the system. Half my searches would be by the full matter number if it worked.

    Coming from using two different billing solutions, both of which allowed sorting by client number-matter number, it's sometimes difficult to find the client I am looking for when I don't know the name but I know approximately when the potential intake was. It would be helpful to sort by client number in this instance.
