Over time, a client has entered into the system twice, with separate matters. This is not logical, and we would like to be able to review the client with all the matters under one account.
I have been told that this is not an option. The only way to move forward, is any new matter can should be added to the main account, and eventually you can make the other client name inactive.
This is not logical.
How often would you use this request?
As often as needed, as when new attorney's come on board or paralegals, they sometimes miss and create a dual entry. To help stop confusion, being able to merge the two clients would help solve billing issues. |
