Client Ranking Report

The ability to select the number of clients to rank. For example, the top ten clients over the course of the date range entered without have to export the report to Excel and manipulate it to achieve these results.

Leave the A/R balance active when inactivating a client

Not having re-activate a client to post a payment to their matter if the we have internally closed the matter before payment of the final invoice for the matter is received.

Ability to use space, single quote, double quote, and \ characters in Abbreviations

I am trying to avoid having to manually correct the most common errors timekeepers make for compliance with our billing guidelines. If this is not possible for some reason, an auto-correct option would work.

Show running balance of Open Invoices/Credits
