Feature Requests

I use abbreviations for many things but mostly the initials of my colleagues. Sometime when I type the prompt the abbreviation works but other times it does not. Seems to work more at the beginning of the description but not in the middle. Also seems to stop working after I have used several abbreviation prompts in the same description. Abbreviations save a lot of time so it is frustrating when they do not work.

Also, it would be great if the abbreviation could work like autocorrect in Word so that I could use punctuation and the abbreviation would still work. So if my abbreviation prompt is K for the initials KLM, if I could type k, and then hit the spacebar to get KLM, in the instances where I needed the comma after the initials, that would be great and even more of a time saver.
