Allow setting of time to be 2 places, and not three (i.e., "1.25" rather than "1.250")

Add Responsible Timekeeper Column to Revenue and Commissions Report by Timekeeper

We want to show individual timekeepers where their income is coming from, not only by client and matter, but we also want to show which Responsible Timekeepers are giving them the most profitable work.

Create a REMITTANCE COPY when generating statements

The statement shows the summary due but doesn't have our remittance wiring instructions on it when we send out past due notices. We would like our clients to receive a remittance copy (pg 2) with their statements.

Need trust account report filter option that excludes inactive matters before the designated date range but includes matters that were active at some point in the date range even if they are no longer active at time report is run.
