Start Timer Without Having to Save Slip

It would be useful to be able to start a timer on an entry without having to "save" the entry first. It is an extra step to have to save the entry before being able to start the timer. In addition, the slip is moved to the bottom of the screen in the list once it is saved, so it's harder to see the running timer. Thank you.
