Batch creation of retainer invoices

I would like to generate retainer invoices for multiple clients & matters at once. Much of my work is cyclical and I want to send out retainer invoices to all impacted clients at the beginning of each cycle.

Ability to use space, single quote, double quote, and \ characters in Abbreviations

I am trying to avoid having to manually correct the most common errors timekeepers make for compliance with our billing guidelines. If this is not possible for some reason, an auto-correct option would work.
