Include an Unpaid Previous Balance column and a Total Balance Due column in the Drafts under the Invoices tab.

Some attorneys are not in the habit of previewing the invoice and are not aware of any previous or past due balances. As a result, they continue to provide services to delinquent clients while past due balances build up without any action by the attorney until somebody prods the attorney to contact the client.
