Automatic Invoice Adjustment for Budget

It would be nice to set a cap on the amount that I can bill, be able to record time beyond that cap, and have the amount be automatically adjusted on the invoice so that I only bill at the cap. I realize that it shows how much I am over the budget so I know the amount to manually adjust. This would just make things faster.
