Add "Non-Billable" drop down option for editing draft invoice time entries

I want to be able to review discreet, small time entries (for example .1, .2, .3 hours) on the draft invoice and consolidate them into a single line item on invoice. And then set them to non-billable, so they do not show on final invoice. This heads off complaints about nickel and diming, when all these small activities do add up to real, billable work.
This still preserves the original time entries for timecard purposes.
I went over this enhancement in detail with Ron Reinart Mar 29, 2023.
Please don't hesitate to contact me for further information.

Thank you,

Steve

We have a client that we send out approx. 40 to 50 invoices monthly. I upload LEDES invoice to CounselLink and this client has set their parameters that invoices that have no-charge entries can't be upload; therefore, we have to change those to non-billable in the draft stage, but leave original entry as no-charge.

Currently, I have to void final invoice back to draft, hold the no-charge entry, bill the remaining entries, go back in find the no-charge and change to non-billable. Which is a lot of work additional work for these 40 to 50 invoices. We prefer that the original entries remain as no-charge so we have a better understanding when we run productive reports for our Associates since their compensation and bonuses are based on their time entries.

    Thanks! Doreen
