Paralalegals and office admin would gain time and efficiency in setting up a group of folders all at once rather that create the same folders over and over again for different matter types. Attorneys would easily be able to locate/access their client data based on the uniformity of setting of groups of Document Folders the set up the same way each time.
How often would you use this request?
Each time a new matter type is added to TimeSolv, the user would apply a preset File Folder Document template to the matter. Each matter type (i.el, Business Law, Criminal Law, Civil Law, etc.) could have its own preset Folder template. This would save time and eliminate the need to create each folder one by one each time a new matter is added. |
Currently, as each matter type is set up, a user would have to add all required document folders manually one by one rather than choosing a Document Folder group.
