TimeSolv provides tabs in Matter records for Documents and Notes so that users can see all related records in these areas. However, there is no tab for emails. Instead, TimeSolv organizes emails under its own folder heading in Outlook, arranged in sub-folders by Client and Matter but only for that mailbox. There is no option to see all related emails addressed to all Outlook users in an organization.
There needs to be an option to see ALL related emails for a Matter, either in TimeSolv under a tab, or as a global view in Outlook showing ALL related emails for ALL users.
