Mobile App is Flawed

Adding paper receipts to invoice from the field. This feature does not work. Taking pictures of invoices using the app currently results in corrupted images. I have reported this issue twice to Timesolv. Most recently a customer service representative created a video screen share as I replicated the issue and she concurred the problem does exist and was planning on brining the matter to the attention of technical support, however the problem still remains ongoing.

    Thanks for bringing this up. Sorry to hear that the issue was reported earlier but remains unresolved. I have forwarded the issue to our technical support team and we will try to get this resolved at the earliest.
