Many of the canned reports provide too much information that requires us to download into Excel so we can eliminated unwanted data or reformat
I would use it weekly. We need to see where our associates are spending their time. I think there was a feature in beta mode. Time - Analytics - drop down would allow me to select the associates to see their top 5 clients for the week - this was really helpful to me and the partners, when assigning matters.
Desperately need this!! We need to be able to run reports for all kinds of reasons and you are hindering businesses by not making this. It has been suggested multiple times for several years now and does not seem like you all are looking to implement, which is a shame.
I agree. Our firm needs the ability to create reports that suit our needs. TS reports are very basic and do not allow any customization. Reports should also have the option to give details or summarizations. Some reports are so lengthy -they are of no use.
It is way too limiting right now and I don't like using excel to edit it afterwords.
Our company desperately needs this feature in order to pull reports many different ways. The current report options are far too limited.
