Add CSV Format as on Option for Scheduled Reports

CSV format gives us the most data flexibility working with other platforms and applications. While we can choose CSV for one-off reports, it would be more helpful to have this option with scheduled reports. We use "scheduled reports" for the most useful and recurring information that we need and CSV format is best for those.

    Having the .CSV format for scheduled reports would be particularly useful because Excel plays nicer with .CSV formats than it does with the current available format (.xls) and PowerAutomate handles .CSVs better as well.
