We track but write off admin time. It would be vastly more efficient if we could batch no charge a person's time (much like the Copy/Move feature). As it is now, you have to go in and individually do it line by line.

We'll add this on our list of items and as the priority moves up, shall work on it. However as a work around, you can enable your legal assistants time/expense entry permission to "Update Billable Type" and they'll be able to select the entries as No Charge.
See my clarification on the suggestion. I do not think what I was getting at exists.

Rehan Raja, I want to be able to change the billable type to No Charge on a batch basis. Example: we display all our legal assistant's time on each invoice but we change it to a no charge. I have to go into each entry to do this. It would be nice if I could select multiple and change the type from billable to no charge.
Thanks for the suggestion, if you're looking for batching at the invoice; we recently just release this . Please follow these steps:
Navigate it a flexible template
Under the Time tab, you'll see an option "Group by Billable Type" under Time Detail screen
