The "No Charge" billing option doesn't 0 out the amount due. This is not intuitive by nature. When we select "No charge" it would be nice if it automatically made the entry 0 instead of having to adjust the rate or switch to fixed amount.

Every time there is a time entry, the "no charge" on our entries don't 0 out the amount. They still charge the rate etc. Is this something we need to set up on our account?
Thank you for the suggestion. When you change the billable type of a time entry to No Charge, the hours, rate and amount fields remain unchanged. You do see the letters NC in the time entry list.
The amount will be automatically set to 0 when the time slice becomes part of the invoice. On the invoice, No Charge entries will show the text No Charge under the Amount column.
