Ability to require approval from all attorneys before billing

When multiple attorneys are working on one matter, create a process that would require each to approve draft billing before it could be billed.

I would like to have an "Authorized Signature" line on the last page of the invoice. I would prefer to be able to cutomize it. If not a generic signature line is fine.

I currently stamp the last page with a signature line and would like it to be part of the template.

Close client/matter folder instead of inactive

I would like to have another tab for a client/matter that is for closed files. That would distinguish a client/matter that has been closed vs. one that is inactive (i.e. they have a credit balance and may come back in the future, etc.)

Integrate with VoIP Phone Systems

Other timekeeping software integrates with VoIP systems to automatically bill time for calls with clients. If an attorney hops onto a multi-hour call, that call is automatically kept for time and billed.
