Automatic Update of Changed Sub-Activity Code in Time Entries

I often copy a time entry, but need to change the sub-activity code (or simply select the wrong sub-activity code and then need to change it). The problem is when you change the sub-activity code in the field, it does not change it in the description field. So I have to manually copy and paste from the sub-activity code field to the description field.
