We didn't realize the cover email to the client for statements picks up and includes the first name of the contact. We like to include middle initials for our contacts and there is no field for that on the client contact info page, so we put the middle initial in the first name field. When a statement is sent out by email, since the program picks up the first name field, it says "Dear James K.," instead of Dear James. As a workaround, we have added the middle initial to the last name field instead, but it would be better if there was a middle initial field on the contact info page and the statement email would then only pull from the first name field.
