Yes, Rehan. This is exactly what I'd like to do. Otherwise, as I'm entering time, I write down an abbreviation I'd like to add on a notepad and then go back and add it later. It would be great to do it "on the fly."

So you want to "create" a new abbreviation while on the time entry screen?

To Rehan Raja - seeing the list is great, but I really would like to add to it on the fly, which is presently not supported.

While on the Time Entry screen, right next to description box, hover over on the Page icon. You'll see a pop-up that will list the abbreviations
