Add Zelle as a payment method

Many of our clients pay with Zelle. It would be nice to add this payment method along with Cash, ACH, PayPal, etc.

Or make it a field where us users can update it ourselves, and customize to the items we use (and have the ability to REMOVE what we do not use.
