Add "Copy" feature to copy time entries within draft status

We have associates who need to be able to track their total hours. However, the managing partners often decrease his time when they review the bill which affects his overall hours. Changing part of the time entry to "non-billable" is difficult because I have to void the draft and go into each time entry, duplicate it, manipulate the hours to break up what is billable vs non-billable and rerun the draft. This would be so much faster if I could copy the entry WITHIN the draft invoice.

    You now have the option to copy a time entry on the draft invoice. Since the entry exists on the draft invoice, it's status cannot be changed to non-billable. However, you can achieve similar behavior by changing it to no-charge.
