Conflict Searches - ability to run search for phrase, in quotation marks, and all words within same search.

Conflict searches should have ability to check for phrases and all/any words simultaneously (ie search phrases by having phrase in quotes). As is we either get extra results or have to run each party separately. Both options dysfunctional.

This does not exist in the same search. If we want, we have to run three separate searches.

You can select 'Contains the Phrase' option from the drop down to search phrases.
