Customized write offs

I'd like to be able to pick my A/R write offs by timekeeper. A lot of our clients specify which time entries they are not going to pay, so it doesn't seem fair that everyone who worked on that matter has to take a hit - and as a result the actual revenue brought in by timekeeper is not correct.  Also, sometimes they will specify they are not going to pay a particular cost (say a FedEx charge), so it's not even a fee write down at all.
