Auto-generate statements at # days following invoice issuance

Other billing platforms allow automatic reminders to generate at ## days following invoicing and then ## thereafter. This is a very useful feature. Currently with TimeSolv, I have to manually calendar to check balances at 14 days, then manually generate statements for all clients with outstanding balances. And then, I have to do that again every 7 days thereafter.

    Also if we have the option to create a statement at the same time we are creating draft invoices so all the invoices and statements are generated at the same time.
