Additional filter to Time search function

Adding a filter to time entry search tab would enable firms to be able to only show Time entries for a specific matter phase/milestone and differentiate time in different phases. This would be vital when trying to view what billed time is/was part of a first phase fixed or time charge fee and the WIP that is allocated to a different phase for internal calculations and client requests.
