Add Catagaroies (From the Client & Matters Tab) to the CSV version of the Time Entries Report

Its already on the PDF of the same report. It should be on the CSV too, so that we can easily manipulate data and determine revenue by practice area.

Both Category 1 and Category 2 have been added to the CSV version of the Time Entries report.
