Currently on invoices with evergreen retainers there is no option to add a line in the total section to show how much needs to be replenished. It just jumps from the amount on "Current Account Balance" (lets say $100 - which would be the amount left on the invoice) to the amount on "Total Amount to Pay" line (lets say $1100 which would be $100 invoice plus $1000 replenish amount). Being able to add a line that says "Trust Amount to Replenish: $1000" would make it more clear for customers when reading their invoice.

This feature is now available. When you have configured the billing template to display trust balances, the replenishment amount will be displayed prefixed by the Trust Label (in this case, Trust Label on the billing template is set to 'Retainer').
Not just for evergreen retainers, but also anytime a retainer needs to be replenished - currently it goes from amount due on the invoice and jumps to amount plus new retainer on the "Total Amount to Pay" line with no explanation. I have had three calls on this out of 24 invoices sent so far this month!
