Put Total Amount to Pay in Blue on Statements, Larger Font

Invoices currently show the Total Amount to Pay in blue, but Statements due not. It would be helpful if Invoices showed this line in blue also.

Also, would like to see the Total Amount to Pay in a little larger font to set it apart in Invoices and Statements.
