Permission for a supervisor to view their assistant's time entries without granting admin status.

Would like to give a particular professional permission to view one other professional's time entries without granting them administrative status to view everyone's entries or to make any changes. This would allow a supervisor to view the entries of their assistants and notify the admin if changes are needed.

    This would allow for firms to delegate review of specific Users they are responsible for.
