Recurring time entry

I always have a number of cases in which I receive periodic attorney fee payments on settlements that call for a specific fee that is incurred weekly or monthly for an indefinite perior of time. I currently set these up as recurring expenses, but they are actually fees, not expenses. I would like the ability to set these up as recurring fees rather than recurring expenses.
