Expense Code Summary Report with invoice number range

It would be extremely helpful to have an Expense Code Summary Report similar to the Task Code Summary Report that shows E (expense) codes within a given invoice # range. We would like to see this report in order to be able to differentiate between hard costs and soft costs and currently we can't see these things without looking at each invoice or creating multiple reports.
