Administrator Ability to "Preview as User"

As an administrator, it would be very useful to be able to view/preview the system as another user. This would allow the administrator to test permissions and setup details when adding a new user. Would also allow an administrator to see what the user is seeing when they have questions. Currently, we can only test by logging in as the user, but we don't have passwords to do that and we don't want to change a user's password simply to let us see what they are seeing and help them problem solve.

How often would you use this request?

Every time a new employee is added and any time that I'm helping an employee with a TimeSolv question.
