In some cases, the BilledAmount on the timeCard API record does not match the actual invoiced amount for the given time entry.
Example: For a given invoice number, there were two time entries invoiced. Both of the entries were reduced to $0 on the invoice. When pulling those time entries with the timeCard API, they show TotalAmounts of $30 and $95, which is correct. But the BilledAmounts for those two records are $0 and $95 when pulled from the API. The $0 billed is correct, but the $95 is not. That one was actually billed as $0 as seen on the invoice.
