We need to see the costs that our firm advanced for clients so that we can debit the correct accounts such as capital accounts.

In some cases, there are cost records we can see in the UI and attached to invoices, but they are not returned by the API. We have seen seven instances of this across the firm.

Example: For a given invoice, there may be four total cost entries. The API only returns two of those four entries. The other two are not returned by the API when searching by invoice, date, or anything else.

Note: We have noticed that in these cases of missing cost entries, when viewing them in the UI it seems, that these entries do not have the Professional field set. So it appears to be a bug that cost entries without a Professional are being missed by the API call.
