Add forward & back arrows to professionals tab

make it easier, with less clicks for the user to move between professional timekeeper accounts to update settings by adding a forward and backward arrow to the professional home screen. this will prevent multiple clicks for the admin user to move between multiple professional timekeeper accounts.
